Service Cancellation

As a landscaping service provider, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or modify your service agreement. We aim to work with our clients to find mutually acceptable solutions when cancellations are necessary.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service and the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service date.

Cancellation Timeframes

Design Consultations

Design consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Installation Services

Installation services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start may be subject to charges for materials already ordered or work already prepared.

Maintenance Services

Ongoing maintenance service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You will be responsible for services rendered up to the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the circumstances of the cancellation. Generally, refunds may be available for:

  • Services not yet performed
  • Deposits for cancelled projects before work begins
  • Materials not yet ordered or installed

Refunds may not be available for services already performed, materials already ordered or installed, or work that has been completed. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

Material Returns

Materials such as plants, hardscaping materials, and supplies that have been ordered but not yet installed may be eligible for return, subject to supplier return policies and restocking fees. Custom-ordered materials may not be returnable.

Materials that have been installed or used in your landscape project are generally not returnable. If you have concerns about materials that have been installed, please contact us to discuss the situation.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on installation services as specified in your service agreement. If you experience issues with workmanship or materials within the warranty period, please contact us to arrange for inspection and potential correction.

Plant warranties are typically provided by the nursery or supplier and may vary. We will work with you to address any plant health issues that arise shortly after installation, subject to the terms of the applicable warranty.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or need to discuss a cancellation or refund, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and to your satisfaction.

Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. If we cannot reach a mutually acceptable resolution, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include mediation or other dispute resolution methods as appropriate.
